STEP. 1
- CONSULTATION
Design process begins by meeting with our designers or by phone and email consultation.
Our designers and staffs will take your ideas, drawings and images and work with you to create
your one and only jewelry master piece.
STEP. 2
- CHOOSE YOUR DIAMOND OR GEM STONE.
Let us know your estimated budget.
Diamonds come in different, color, clarity, cut and carat weight.
We will help our customers select the perfect conflict free diamonds and precious stones for your design. we work with a large network of diamond sources throughout the world to select the highest quality diamonds at the best prices.
STEP. 3
- 3D Cad Design
After The design concept has been approved and deposit is received.
We will create a 3-D CAD model of design and show customers 3-D Computer rendering
that is 100% dimensionally accurate.
Customers still can make any changes or modifications to their design during this step.
Once the cad is approved, We will cast your design in the metal of your choice.
STEP. 4
- COMPLETION
Our master jewelry craftsman will pre-polish, set the chosen stones and polish the piece to its final luster.
Finished piece is inspected thoroughly by our Quality control team.
AFTER SERVICE
We provide the following repair service for all our customers who custom designed engagement ring with us.
Ring re-sizing up to 2 times.
Re-polishing up once a year.
Low cost re-design and recreation of existing jewelry and stones.
